It's Week 39 Day 4 and baby is still keeping us in suspense on his delivery date;) No show, no waterbag burst, and no contraction still. Mummy is simply getting heavier by the day. Jimmy Junior's estimated weight was 3.2kg last Wednesday and his heartbeat is maturing towards 121 rpm but he is still not engaged. Mummy's water retention seems to have come down a little but the wrist sprain is still getting in the way. All preparation for his arrival is almost done. Daddy and mummy are treasuring their last few moments of peace and quietness as a couple before launching into parenting duties.
The million dollar question is: When will he be out???
Hopefully Dr Chen will provide us with the much anticipated answer when we consult him on Monday. He will be assessing if Jimmy Junior needs to be induced or be allowed to go overdue. Will he be out by his expected delivery date on 18 March or will he go beyond that? It's getting exciting!!!
