Blessed Year 2009!!!

Today marks the first day of third trimester and coincides with the last day of Year 2008. There are so many things to give thanks for in Year 2008. God has blessed my household and the people around me in many amazing ways.

Me and Jimmy are blessed with this pregnancy, which is truely a miracle to us, and a healthy and developing baby in my womb. We praise you, my Lord, for this wonderful gift inside me and look forward to holding him in our arms soon!

We thank God for our parents and siblings for their love and kinship, and for making sure we eat well and nutritiously, and for their support and prayer in this pregnancy.

We thank God for our wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ for their friendship, love and prayers. You have made our lives so interesting by sharing your joy, hope, worries and the ups and downs in your lives.

We are blessed by the very special Nehemiah Group who rallied around us in all circumstances, providing listening ears and comforting words when we hit our low point.

We are thankful for many lovely friends around us whom we enjoy tremendously!

Our prayers for Year 2009 will be for God to bless:
- the smooth delivery of all babies to come;
- us with wisdom, patience and love to take care of our bundle of joy;
- our loved ones with good health, joy and peace;
- our brothers and sisters in Christ with job security, good spiritual health and loving life partners ;
- our friends with job security, peace and for their lives to be touched by our God
- our Church to become the Living Church and for God's Will to be done.
